Where are you located?

I am based at my nail studio in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

There is parking along the street, side roads or pay & display carparks.

Please ensure you leave enough time to find parking prior to your appointment.

Do you remove product applied elsewhere?

I do not remove or infill any product that has been applied elsewhere.

how long does a gel manicure last?

Gel polish manicures can last up to 2 weeks with proper aftercare.

Do you OFFER PEDICURES?

Unfortunately pedicures are not something I offer at this moment in time.

I am looking to introduce this treatment in the near future!​

DO YOU OFFER BUILDER GEL?

Yes!  Builder gel is a strengthening gel which is applied to your natural nails to keep your nails strong.

Appointments are needed every 3 weeks.

what if i need to reschedule my appointment?

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours' prior.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £15 cancellation fee will be required.

how much is nail art?

Nail art is priced separately and is categorised depending on time and complexity.

If you are unsure what category your nail art falls under, please contact me.

do you offer group bookings?

I do not offer group bookings, please attend your appointments alone and on time.

If you are early, please wait outside or in your car until your appointment time.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN ALONG WITH ME?

Unfortunately children are not permitted in the studio.

All appointments are on a 1-2-1 basic so please arrive alone.
